Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Area We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories at this time.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time Due to the large size and weight of our furniture products, we use freight/white-glove delivery services:
- Standard Freight Delivery: 7-14 business days
- White Glove Delivery (where available): 10-21 business days, includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal
Shipping Cost
- Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous US
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Large furniture items are shipped via freight carriers and may require scheduling a delivery appointment.
