Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Area We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories at this time.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time Due to the large size and weight of our furniture products, we use freight and white-glove delivery services:

Standard Freight Delivery: 7-14 business days
White Glove Delivery (where available): 10-21 business days, includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on orders over $70.00 to the contiguous US
For orders under $70.00, a flat shipping fee of $50.00 will be applied
Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas; you will be notified before shipment if any surcharge applies

Taxes & Duties All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address. As we only ship within the contiguous United States, no customs duties or import fees apply.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Large furniture items are shipped via freight carriers (such as FedEx Freight, XPO Logistics, or similar) and may require scheduling a delivery appointment.
